Enjoying November in the Back Yard

November will soon be a distant memory, so I wanted to enjoy some of its beauty in the back yard before the frost hits. The mum is still blooming so beautifully, and looks so pretty with the orange of the pumpkin.

Moving the pumpkin over here, where it fits just perfect in the small birdbath That I got at a sale for $10.

The Zinnias mark the spot where my precious little Livy dog is buried, although the blooms are looking a little faded and spent. The purple mum is still bright and pretty, and in the background on the fence gracing the iron planter...

are the vincas showing off their pink blooms.

Lacey wants to get a closer look because she is quite fond of pink.

Deciding against it, she settled here instead

where she could keep her eye on this suspicious fella

and maybe even catch a glimpse of a church goer or two! Tweet! Tweet!

Thanks so much for visiting and have a wonderful week!

And I am in love with your handsome little friend - what an adorable face! Thanks so much for visiting. It has definitely been a while since I've been in blog-land. It's nice to be back :)
